After the suicide of his boyfriend, Henry deals with depression and family issues, all while wondering if he was really abducted and told he has 144 days to decide whether or not the world is worth saving.
This book incorporates a little sci-fi flair into a typical coming of age story, where the main character must choose between ending the world or leaving it as is. It offers a deep commentary on human nature and struggles with depression, making it an interesting spin on LGBTQ+ fiction.
It's a dark yet excellent read that I always recommend to anyone looking for LGBTQ books.
